He was predeceased by: his father William E. Roberts; his son Larry; his mother Juanita Roberts; and his siblings, Judith Sparrow, Billie Ann Wiseman Skinner and Ronald Roberts.
He is survived by: his wife Joy; his son Jacob of Moberly; his daughter-in-law Eleanor Roberts of Blackwater; his brother Paul Roberts (Jean) of Renick; and his sister-in-law Seiko Roberts of Kansas City. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and foster children.
