With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Robert Simmerman (Moberly, Missouri), born in Osceola, Iowa, who passed away on April 28, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Adam; his granddaughter-in-law Cassie Simmerman; his great grandchild Quinn; and his siblings, Charles, Virgil, Virginia and Mamie.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Ellis; his children, Aaron (Debra) of Moberly, Crystal Martie (Jason) of Macon and Seth of Moberly; his grandchildren, Nathanial Simmerman (Addi) of Duncan's Bridge, Kayla Simmerman of Moberly, Jamie Simmerman of Cairo, Megan Simmerman (Ben) of Cairo, Mickey, Sophie and Paisley Martie of Macon; and his great grandchildren, Macen Maxwell of Cairo, Dakota Grafelman of Cairo, Rhett of Cairo, Andrew Schumann of Cairo, Emmalynn and Harlynn Simmerman of Duncan's Bridge. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to James Hla, Thailand Missions or Solonique Adolphe, Living Waters Christian Mission.
