He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Haak and Mildred Haak (Major); his wife Linda Louise Carter; and his siblings, Judy Haak Hunt, Sharon Haak and Randy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Karl, Gayle Haak and Karen Haak; his nieces, Stacey Ingersoll, Theresa Hyatt (Stephen), Lindsay Overfelt (Matt), Karla Haak and Kelly Harding (Cory); his nephew Derek Dawson (Karen); his sister-in-law Carla Graham (Denny); and also Kenny. He is also survived by great nieces; great nephew.
