She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Markley and Bertha Markley; her adoptive parents, Elbert Stockton and Ruth Stockton; and her siblings, Richard Markley, Shirley Mahan and Sandy Perren.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Wayne Franklin; her children, Tammy Franklin, Phillip (Kristie Franklin) and Justin Franklin; her grandchildren, Austin (Anne-Marie Franklin) and Makenna Franklin; her great grandchildren, Raelynn Franklin and Kipper Franklin; and her siblings, Jean Jackson, Jimmie Stockton and Ralph Baier.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First Baptist Church, Moberly.
