He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George Manning, Rosalie Manning, Lena Manning, John Milnes Sr., Goldie Milnes and Sarah Milnes; his brother-in-law Rob Chase; and his son-in-law Ben Loftin.
He is survived by: his parents, John Milnes and Joan Milnes (Manning); his daughter Kathrine Deere (Jon); his grandchildren, Jameson and Audrey Loftin; and his siblings, Jerry Milnes (Joyce), Debbie Magers (David), Michelle Chapman (Scott) and Kristi Chase. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Camp Hickory Hill for Diabetes Education in Columbia, MO, where Johnny spent much time growing up.
