He was predeceased by: his parents, John H Milnes Sr. and Goldine Price Milnes; his son Johnny W Milnes; his son-in-law Rob Chase; his siblings, William "Bill" Milnes and Betty Colley; and also Sarah Milnes.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Manning; and his children, Jerry Milnes (Joyce), Debbie Magers (David), Michelle Chapman (Scott) and Kristi Chase. He is also survived by Many grandkids, great grandkids and other extended family members and close friends.
