He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Ralph and Ruby Edith Brown Clair; and his brother David Clair. He is survived by: his children, Shawn Clair of Ottumwa, IA and Heather Baker (Alan) of Cedar Rapids, IA; his brother Gary Clair (Jean) of Hurdland, MO; his cousin Lee Fox of Kirksville, MO.; and his wife Elaine Walker of Burlington, IA. He is also survived by one grandson and two great grandchildren.
