He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Burton and Beulah Burton; and his grandson Nickolaus Burton. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Burton; his children, Thersea Kellogg, Gary T. Burton, Deanna White (Kyle) and Rob Burton (Kathy); his grandchildren, Leslie Oakley (Ben), Breanna Ehart (Cayton), Joel White (Tiffany), Zach Lunceford, Devin White (Emily), Ashley Burton (Mike), Zack Burton, Ian Burton, Tucker Burton and Savannah Gayton; and his great grandchildren, Lille, Addie, Vivian, Abigail, Kendi, Jada, Paisley, Mila, Beckett, Aryanna, Nicole, Garrett and Andrew.
