She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Benjamin and Era Meta Rifenberg; her husband C. F. Hulen; her siblings, Dorothy, Gordon (Buddy), Donald and Doris; and her brother-in-law JC Ridgway.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Milhollin (Jason) of Moberly, MO; her grandchildren, Taylor Gallatin, Sophia Milhollin and Liam Milhollin; and her sisters, Lila Downing (David) and Ethelyn Ridgway. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
