He is survived by: his wife Brenda Rafferty (Huber) of Moberly; his children, Bart Rafferty of Moberly and Sherri McDevitt (Joseph) of St. Peters; his grandchildren, Kelly (Alec Sheridan) of St. Charles, Kate McDevitt of St. Peters and Joe McDevitt of Denver, CO.; his great grandchildren, Nora and Paul Sheridan of St. Charles; and his brother Tommy Rafferty of Wellsville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Christos Center Food Bank in Bill's honor.
