She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl R. Young and Ruth Young (Hornbogen); her husband Lew; and her son Darrell. She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Edwards (Steve) of Salisbury, MO; her grandchildren, Aaron Edwards, Cole Edwards, Megan Edwards, Samantha DeGraff-Miller (Micah) and Justin DeGraff; and her siblings-in-law, Dave, Carol DeGraff, Lucia Griffith of Indianola, IA and Denise Lane of Peoria, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established for Shriners Hospital for Children.
