He is survived by: his parents, Garry Sloan and Vivian Sloan (Simpkins) of Farmington, MO; his wife Beth Sloan (Beach) of Roanoke, MO; his children, Olivia Sloan, Braden Sloan and Julia Sloan; and his siblings, Garry, Erin Sloan, Jennifer, Randy Rowe, Melissa and Kacy Van Osdol. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; extended family and many good friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Sloan Children Memorial Fund.
