She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband David Carr; her sisters, Heather Pettigrew (Matt), Jennifer Delp (Jeff Sutton), Mary Waltman, Rebecca Hembree (Lacy) and Corrine Lilliard (Randy); her parents, Terry Waltman and Jess Waltman; and her grandparents, DeeDee Robb, Willie Waltman, Speedy Robb (Orville), Glen Stroup and William Waltman. She was also cherished by her nieces, nephews, and cousins.
