Sandy was predeceased by: parents, Percy Bourbon and Virginia Mae Courtway; and siblings, Pete Bourbon and Violet Bourbon. Sandy is survived by: children, Nicole Skaggs, Virginia Courtway (Travis) and Donald W. Skaggs Jr. (Nicole Gray); siblings, Esther "Peaches" Bourbon, Tammy Dobbs, Rocky Dobbs, Bobby Dobbs, Janet Wren, James Bourbon, Darlene Richards and Linda Dobbs; the father of children Donald Wayne Skaggs, Sr.; and sister-in-law Iva Kemper. Sandy is also survived by eleven grandchildren; one great grandchild.
