He is survived by: his son Michael Patrick; his brother Terry Patrick; his daughter Courtney Castro of St. Peters; and his siblings, Tim Patrick of St. Louis, Tracey Smith of St. Peters, Pam Patrick, Van Ellinkhuizen of Lomel, Belgium, Paula Leisse of St. Augustine, FL, Brenda Juranas of Springfield, MO and Patricia Eichorn of Port Charlotte, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
