With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret Ann Bollinger of Mineral Point, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 3, 2025 at the age of 80. As Margaret departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Margaret may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Margaret leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland "Spooner" Dalton and Abbie Natalia Bollinger (Warrick); and her siblings, Walter "Blair", Roger, Nathaniel Bollinger, Marie Thornburgh, Janice "Faye" Truelove and Teresa Shaw.
She is survived by: her siblings, Phillip Bollinger of Potosi and Watie Barber (Thomas) of Patterson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ruegg Funeral Home-Greenville (117 Oak St, Greenville, MO 63944). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
