She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Smith; and her daughter Tina. She is survived by: her children, Bryan Chadwell, Robert Chadwell (June), Tammy Englund (Ari), Tom King, Austin Smith (Randa), Christopher Smith (Azora) and Tyler Smith; and her stepchildren, Wayne Smith and LaDonna Smith. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
