With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Faye Parmley of Mineral Point, Missouri, born in Cherryville, Missouri, who passed away on June 23, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Edgar and Hazel Edgar (Martin); her husband Jerry L. Parmley; her parents-in-law, Buford and Susie Parmley; her siblings, Lula Carol Edgar, Brenda Asher, Geraldine Pratt, Coel Thomas Edgar, William Edgar (Bill) and Arnold Edgar; and her sister-in-law Leda Edgar.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry A. Parmley (Ruth), Sharon K. McClain and Susan R. Whitter (Jeff); her grandchildren, ShaLisa Queen (Michael), Tyler Parmley (Alex), Elizabeth Walter (David), Matthew Minx, Dylan Whitter (Hannah), Zach Parmley, LeAnn Parmley, Hazel Parmley, Tine McClain and Madelyn Whitter of Jett McClain, J. D; her siblings, Floyd Edgar (Kathleen), Vondel Edgar, Malcolm Edgar, Vernon Edgar (Lien), Kelly Edgar (Angie), Ricky Edgar (Anna) and Janice Kay Parker (Lee); and her siblings-in-law, Robert Pratt, Emmett Asher and Maria Edgar. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
