He is survived by: his sons, James Skaggs of Mineral Point, KJ Nash (Kodi) of Potosi, Jeremiah Williams of Mineral Point and Zack Williams of Mineral Point; and his siblings, Jeanette Williams of Mineral Point, Missouri, Doris Hedrick of Salem, Kathy Bason of Cadet, Missouri, Tom Skaggs (Joyce) of Cedar Hill and Eddie Skaggs (Marilyn) of Cedar Hill, Missouri. He is also survived by two grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends.
