He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman "Buck" Drennen and Laura Drennen (Missey); his son Danny Drennen; his daughter-in-law Evelyn "Peanut" Drennen; his siblings, Eugene Drennen, Carl Drennen and Evelyn Downard; and his parents-in-law, Joe and June Kean.
He is survived by: his former wife Betty Kean; his wife Betty Drennen; his children, JoAnn Barron (James), Larry Drennen (Tami), Rick Drennen (Nova), Stanley Drennen (Melissa) and Kenny Drennen (Mary); and his sisters, Leona Kean, Elnora Jones-Fowler (Ed) and Shirley Kean (Floyd). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
