She was predeceased by: her parent Charlie Dockery; her former husband Joe David Warner; her husband Danny R. Tilley; her parent Jean McManama (Woodard); and her daughter Shellie Louise Cass.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph David Jathh Warner (Lezel) of Washington, Jenna Forbis (Mike) of Missouri and Destini Martin (Tim) of Tennessee; her siblings, Denny McManama of Indiana, Bert Dockery of Tennessee and Cindy Cage of Florida; her grandchildren, Devin, Jordan, Jolene Barnett, Brianna, Matthew Martin, Josie Cass, Seirra Seal, William, Ammann, Johannas Warner and Brisa M. John; her great grandchildren, Caleb Shute and Leeanna Jensen; and her in-laws, Rhonda, Eric Tilley Robson, Steve and Tammy Tilley.
The family suggests memorials be given to the American Canine Association.
