The memory of Marilyn Kay Rose of Mindenmines, Missouri, who passed away on January 31, 2025 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Braker and Cecile Braker (Dumm); her husband Jack Rose; her brother Wayne Braker; and her grandson Christopher Arellano.
She is survived by: her children, Nick Rose (Anita) of Mindenmines, MO and Tammy Arellano (Ross) of Girard, KS; her siblings, Ed Braker (Jane) of Jasper, MO, Pam Green (Billy) of Jasper, MO and Jay Braker (Sharon) of Liberal, MO; and her sister-in-law Wilma Braker of Lamar, MO. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mindenmines Christian Church (100 8th St, Mindenmines, MO 64769). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the Garden of Memories (149 S. Hwy 69, Pittsburg, KS 66762).
