He was predeceased by: his father Joshua Bradley Lewis; and his grandparents, Vic and Lori Hergenreder (Melodie Roberts). He is survived by: his mother Jessica Lynn Cooper (Tony Hughes) of Milo, Missouri; his son Paxton Roberts of Michigan; his siblings, Ivy Lewis of Belton, Missouri and Josh Janiszewski (Freedom) of Milo, Missouri; and his grandparents, Harry and Debbie Swanson of Butler, Missouri..
