She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Stephens and Rose Fagg Stephens; and her brother Jimmy Stephens. She is survived by: her husband Arnold G. Bowen Sr. of Millersville; her children, Arnold G. Bowen Jr. (Kimberly) of Millersville, Judy Roxanne Phillips (Bradley G.) of Cape Girardeau, Kathleen Brewer (Jeff) of Austin, Rosie Weisbrod (Daniel) of Ste. Genevieve and Carol Hurst (Rodney) of Millersville; and her siblings, Ronnie Stephens of Loudon, Genevieve Sampson of Sweetwater and Joan Presley (Albert) of Loudon. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
