It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loudeen Felty (Millersville, Missouri), born in Burfordville, Missouri, who passed away on September 26, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Frank and Alma Susan Allen Howard. She is survived by: her spouse Virgil Felty; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Sawyer (Jim) of O'Fallon and Saundra Crader of Marble Hill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
