He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Jessie Odell and Vallie May Lincoln Devenport; his wife Joann; and his sister Wilma Williams. He is survived by: his children, Larry Devenport of Leopold, Missouri, Darrell Devenport of Marble Hill, Missouri and Connie Sue Morris of Kissimmee; and his sisters, Velma Dean Fulbright of Cape Girardeau, MO and Doris May Fulbright of Jackson, MO. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
