She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eddie Owen and Linda Talley Owen of Scott City; her husband Robert W. Smith of Millersville; her daughter Rebecca Smith; her grandmother Elizabeth Riggs of Cape Girardeau; her siblings, Nancy Roth (Greg) of Scott City, Danielle Owen of Scott City and Joseph Owen (Victoria) of North Carolina; her nieces and nephews, Michael, Destin Roth, Oliver, Jackson Owen, Sierra Roth and Cambry Owen; and her grandparents, Elden "E. K.", James and Inez Owen.

Masks must be worn in the funeral home at all times and any time social distancing cannot be observed.
