He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Shirley Ruhl, Junior and Deb Surface. He is survived by: his parents, Karen Surface of Millersville and Kenny; his grandfather Allen W. Miles, Sr. (Susan) of Laurel; his sister Kristen Amber Miles of Millersville; and his nieces and nephews, Addyson and Brantley Masters. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
