He was predeceased by: his parent Albert Lee. He is survived by: his parent Minnie Catherine Rush (Sullens); his sister-in-law Theresa Rush of Henley; his siblings, Archie, Elzia, George Lester, Oliver, Carl Rush, Melba Hawk, Sylvia West, Desda Schmidt and Dorsie Schulte; and also Several. He is also survived by Several Nieces & Nephews.
In Lieu of Flowers, Memorials in his name are suggested to Rush Chapel Cemetery on Jim Henry Road.
