He was predeceased by: his parents, John Turk and Lottie Turk (Lawyer); and his sister Shirley Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Roberta; his daughters, Angie Turk of Mt. Vernon and Melinda Daniel of Carroll, Iowa.; and his siblings, Charles Turk, Wilma Bradley and Lois Simpson. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren - 6 great grandkids, multiple nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a fund has been established for The Miller Band Stand in memory of Richard Turk.
