She is survived by: her sons, Kurtis Krtek (Amy) of Webb City and Rio Krtek (Katrina) of Roanoke, TX; her siblings, Mark Parnell (Lisa) of Joplin, Jason Matthews (Becca) of Hockley, TX and Jennifer Shouse (Kevin) of Neosho, MO; her grandchildren, Eva Krtek, Abram Krtek, Jeffrey Khalek, Damin Krtek, Annabelle Khalek, Andrew Prince and Lenna Krtek; and her mother-in-law Eva J. Krtek.
