He is survived by: his wife Sheila Pendleton (Shi); his children, Shannon Neely (Tim) of Mt. Vernon and Shawn Sexton of Miller; his grandchildren, Jamie, Nathan Sexton, Keesha Malone, Scott, Colter, Kade Sexton, Wade Neely and Meghan Endicott; his sister Beverly Wilmott of Harrisonville, Missouri; and his cousin Janice Plybon of Mt. Vernon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
