He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Brown and Lora Brown (Younts); his wife Challis Lavon Greer; his children, Denna Limpus and Daryl Brown; and his daughter-in-law Sandra Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Afara (Simon) of Pflugerville, Texas, David Brown of Miller and Denny Brown (Suzy) of Miller; and his son-in-law Jerry Limpus of Everton, Missouri. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
