He is survived by: his mother Betty Jo Gentles (White) of Piedmont; his wife Amanda Gentles; his children, Eddie Gentles, Jr. of Mill Spring and Kandace Gentles of Mill Spring; his stepson Keeton Lewis of Ironton; and his siblings, Chuck Gentles (Shannon) of Piedmont and Amy Gentles of Piedmont.
