She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Kiger and Jewell Kiger (Malloy); her son Wesley Kemp; and her brothers, Edward, George and Arlie Kiger.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Kemp; her daughter Charlotte Kemp of Mill Spring; and her sister Florence Cook (Onis) of Hiram. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials have been requested to the Mill Spring Christian Church or the American Heart Association.
