He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Brad, Doug (Lori) and Kathy Powell; his sisters, Ruby Frazier (Stanton), Charlene Weter (Theodore) and Patsy Riley (Dennis); and his grandchildren, Brett Fleshman (Kodi), Justin Fuller (Mercedes), Heather Stufflebean, Jamie Horstman (Kyle), Kayla Fleshman, Jerad Fuller (Kenzie), Decotas Powell, Jessica Fleshman, Nikita Powell and Meghan Fleshman. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
