She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Churchill and Ella Mae Sandefur (Wyant); her husband James Lewis; and her brother Joe Sandefur. She is survived by: her son Dale Lewis of Milan; her granddaughter Krystal Ray; her stepgrandchildren, Bradley Scott Shoemaker, Anthony Shoemaker, Kaleb Davidson and Jessica Lewis; and her brother Carlos (Nellie Sandefur) of Pollock. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
