He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Banner and Dorothy Banner; and his siblings, James, Lloyd, Leonard, Keith, Francis and Cleta.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hayes; his sons, Rodney Banner (Tennille) of Milan and Ricky Banner of Milan; and his grandchildren, Katie, Kourtney, Zack, Josh, Delaney and Jaylee Banner.
