She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alva E. Pratte and Leona Pratte (Burns); her former husband Kenneth Tipton; her husband Marvin T. Yardley; her children, Gary Tipton (Sandy) of Green City, Terry Tipton (LaLonie) of Green Castle and Anna McCollum (Randy) of Milan; her stepdaughters, Judy Cowles (Danny) of Milan and Janet Hollon of Princeton, Missouri; her grandchildren, Shannon Tipton, Brandon Tipton, Chelsea Wilson, Jason Nelson and Heather McCollum; her siblings, Joe Pratte (Jean) of Centerville, Iowa, Mary Lou Jackson (Harvey) of Mishawaka, Indiana and Patty Joan; her son Jerry Lee Tipton; her siblings, Charles Pratte, Dywane Pratte and Ruth Ford; her stepdaughter Tama Cunningham; and her stepgranddaughter Sherry Thudium (Cowles). She was also cherished by Eight grandchildren and eight step grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Shatto Cemetery.
