He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ira Rouse. He is survived by: his parents, Paul Hoy and Christina Hoy (Rouse); his grandmother Willow Hoy; his aunts, Evelyn Rouse of Unionville and Darlene Cavallero of Marceline; his cousins, Jamie Bivens (Jacob) of Brookfield, Rebecca Ridenour (Mike) of Georgia, Andrea Hill (Steven) of Milan, Brian Gonzales (Stephanie) of Idaho and Nate Hoy (Whitney) of Alabama; his aunts and uncles, William, Violet, Montana, Madison, Lily, McKenna, Parker, Dominic, Elijah, Ethan, Elizabeth and Sierra; and his sister Willow.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ruschmeier-Smith Funeral Home (120 W 4th St, Milan, MO 63556). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions are suggested to go to the family or the funeral home.
