He is survived by: his wife Kathy Frazier (White); his children, LeAnn Cragg (Jay) of Milan, Scott Frazier of Milan, Kim Frazier (Justin Cullor) of Unionville and Missy Sayre (Jarred) of Milan; his daughter-in-law Chrissy Frazier of Kirksville; his grandchildren, Jason, Justin Cragg, Mia, James, Chase Frazier, Taylor, Trevar, Jordan, Megan Haines, Erin, Brett, Brady, Avery Sayre, Mike Melton and Chris Jordan; and his great grandchildren, Arabella Cragg, Cody Cragg, Aspen Johnson, Sienna Barton and Aiden Gunnels.
