He is survived by: his former wife Betty Lou Perrigo; his wife Judy; his children, Carrie Ward (Mike), Christopher Ward (Summer), Cathleen Ward (Jeff) and Chelsea Boyd; and his grandchildren, Alexis, Ashtyn, Kenyon, Kamree, Baylee, Trenton, Avery, Addison, Laeli, Owen and Brexlee.
