He is survived by: his wife Kathy Helms (Frazier); his daughter Kelly Fanning (Gene) of Milan; his siblings, James "Crow" Helms (Tammy) of Milan, Jerry Helms of Milan and Donna Yardley (Ed) of Milan; his nieces and nephews, Jamie, Tracie, Valerie, Marci, Rachel, Holly, Lisa, Jeff and Rory; his uncle James Rodgers (Joanne) of Milan; his aunt Kay Helms of Illinois; and his brothers-in-law, Terry Frazier (Sharon) of Osborne, MO and Chuck Frazier (Kathy) of Elgin, Ill..
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Oakwood Cemetery.
