She is survived by: her parents, Donald Wayne Keithley and Mary Iona Keithley (Wells); her husband Michael Courtney; her son Nathan Courtney; and her siblings, Cricket McCollum (Doyle), Donnie Keithley (Dana) and Larry Keithley (Rhonda). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
