He is survived by: his wife Tammy Parrish of Millard, Missouri; his stepsons, Calvin Schivitz, Kevin Craig and Nathen Craig; his sister Margie Penn of Novinger; and his nieces and nephews, Doug Penn (Carla), Garnett Maize (Melody), Michael Parrish, Timmy Parrish, Randy Parrish, Frankie Saulsberry, Lou Ann Maize, Theresa Sharp (Terry), Kelley Parrish, Mechelle Parrish, Jamie Maize and Margie Kennedy.
