She was predeceased by: her parents, Jefferson Richardson and Grace Richardson (Montgomery); her husband Leroy Frazier; her son Rick McCormick; her son-in-law Shane Bankus; and her siblings, Albert Richardson, Glen Richardson, Bill Richardson, Ellis Richardson, Ralph Richardson, Truman Richardson, Eugene Richardson, Francis Richardson, Leon Richardson, Mary Jane Caldwell and Mildred Richardson.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Frazier (Jen) of Danvers and Rhonda Clark (Richard) of Milan; her grandchildren, Kristin McComick Peyton McCormick, Stefan Frazier (Kelsey), Aaron Frazier, Danika Frazier, Brooke Dodson (Nathan), Cooper Bankus (Alyssa) and Conner Bankus; her stepgrandchildren, Mason Clark and Emma Clark; her great grandchildren, Hadley Frazier, Channing Dodson, Chyles Dodson, Mason Frazier and Darius Clark; her brother-in-law Van Richardson of Carlsbad, CA; her close friend Jane Clark of Milan; and her sisters-in-law, Gail and Carol Smith of Mississippi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Dr. Shane Bankus Memorial Scholarship Fund or the Sullivan County Expo Center.
