He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Cecil and Doreen Ivy Weaver (Hailey); and his brothers, Clifford Weaver and Dana Weaver. He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy Weaver, Jason Weaver (Yvonne), Dennis Weaver (Bobbi) and Dustin Weaver (Sara); his grandchildren, Lauren Weaver, Jerney Blackwell (Brant), Brandon, Adrianne, Kaleb "Junior", Hallie, Blair and Greenley Weaver; his great grandchildren, Cade Weaver, Ivy Moody, Sierra Babbitt, Marlee Blackwell and Bexlynn Eddy; his siblings, Mike Weaver (Mary), David Weaver and Pat Larson (John); his nephews, Chad Weaver, Carson Weaver and David Weaver; and his niece Tabitha Wolf.
