With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Stephens of Middletown, Missouri, born in Lebanon, Indiana, who passed away on May 26, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father David Franklin Stephens; his siblings, Phillip Victor Stephens and Charlotte Marie Steele; his stepfather Billy Joe Dodd; and his uncle Joseph Homer Stephens.

He is survived by: his mother Rosemary Helen Stephens (Barker) of Laddonia; his wife Una Nora Stephens; his son Adam Joseph; his daughter-in-law Kayla Stephens of Middletown; his daughter Lona Gene Starks of Middletown; his grandchildren, Darleen Ann Stephens of Middletown, Jack Matthew "Matt" Brennan of Middletown, Makaylie Renae Ruth Brennan of Middletown, Isaac David Starks of Middletown, Mia Nicole Starks of Middletown, Macy Rayne Starks of Middletown and Jaylee Nora Irvin of Middletown; and his brother Michael Arza Stephens of Hemlock, Indiana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
