She is survived by: her parents, Ronnie Dukane Johnson (Jenn) of Carrollton and Tammy Elaine Manning (Brian) of Kentucky; her husband Casey Luedemann; her children, Mariah Seifert, Wyatt Seifert, Piper Von Luedemann, Bjorn Emerson Luedemann and Lilly Ana Luedemann; and her siblings, Heather Annette Falke (Levi) of Kentucky, Aleisha Nicole Libbert (Brad) of Holts Summit, Hailey Johnson of Carrollton, Hayden Johnson of Carrollton, Kaitlyn Martin of Carrollton and Jacob Martin of Carrollton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family of Tiffany Luedemann for the care of her children.
