He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Belcher (Gipson); his nephew Jordan Belcher; and his parents-in-law, Ronnie and Ruth Payne. He is survived by: his father Gary Belcher of Thompson; his wife Annette Payne; his children, Jason Belcher, Gary Belcher (Chastity) of Hallsville and Amanda Jo Clark (Nathan) of Moberly; his stepdaughter Dana Leann Collins (Mike) of Owensville; his brothers, Steven Belcher of Thompson and Eddie Belcher (Barbara) of Mexico; his brother-in-law Charles Payne (Heather) of Fulton; and his sister Patricia Calvert of Hallsville. He is also survived by four grandchildren, one niece, and seven nephews.
